Mike’s journey with Signal began more than a decade ago. After serving in the Army and working as a private military contractor overseas, he saw several colleagues find success with Signal and recognized how well the model aligned with his experience and values.
Starting from scratch in Tampa, Mike built his business from the ground up, often working night shifts as an officer while managing operations during the day. That determination and discipline laid the foundation for what has become one of the most respected franchises in the Signal network.
Signal of Tampa Bay was named Franchise of the Year in 2022 and continues to operate at the highest level, proving that sustained success comes from strong leadership, clear systems, and a team aligned around shared purpose.
